How long will my order take to ship?

This vastly depends on the kind of product you have purchased. In the case of Hoppers, we usually ship them within 24-48 hours. Bags are made in small batches and are usually sold out before they even arrive at our facility. When in stock, it ships within 24-48 hours.

In case any bag says Out Of Stock or Pre-Order, it means the product is in manufacturing and will arrive within 2-3 weeks. We notify you and manage your waiting list on a first-come-first-served basis.

T-shirts are printed on-demand, not stocked upfront and hence it takes us 2-3 days to process and another 2-3 days to print your order. All T-shirts are shipped within 7-8 working days.

On rare occasions, a specific size/color combination may not be available right away. In that case, kindly allow up to 10 days to refill our T-shirt inventory before we can print your order.

What is your return policy?
  • BUY1 GET1 offers are strictly not returnable products for an exchange to a different size/color or return for a refund.
  • Returns or Exchanges are not available for items already offered at a discounted price.
  • Any product(s) bought on sale price from the SALE page are strictly not returnable for an exchange to a different size, any product or a refund.
  • For Returnable product(s), Customers can return their order within 15 days after an order has been delivered. Once delivered, you can check the eligibility for return of your order and accordingly request for a return here- https://bombaytrooper.shiprocket.co/tracking/
  • Please be aware that if the product is labeled as “not eligible for return” on the return page, it is strictly non-returnable under any circumstances. Before reaching out to our team, kindly verify the return eligibility status to avoid any inconvenience.
  • We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes. For pin codes that are non-serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick up policy, you will have to self ship the product(s).
  • In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. Once confirmed by our Care Team, the refund will be reversed to the original mode of payment.
  • To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on several product categories, including but not limited to boxers, soaps, shorts, sweat-activated t-shirts and socks.
  • We also do not accept returns for printed T-shirts and Hoodies, Boxers, scented candles. Since T-shirts & Hoodies/Sweatshirts are printed especially for you, we are unable to provide a return or exchange for the same.

Please be extra sure to check your T-shirt/ Hoodie size before place the order.

My payment was successful but the order status shows Pending Payment/Failed. Why?

In case there is a failure in order processing even though amount is deducted, please keep the following things in mind:

  1. Please wait for 15 minutes and check if not reversed from bank; and then check your Bombay Trooper Account to see if it shows processing. If it’s still not under processing, please follow the next steps.
  2. If any amount has been debited and not reversed, your order status could be showing pending order, failed order or cancelled order. This is because you may have experienced an error/glitch on the payment gateway page or technical difficulties due to which our website couldn’t capture your transaction (even though it’s successful).

In this case, we request you to send the payment proof and Chat With Us. Kindly select the option- I have some other query and share the details. Our care team will have this sorted for you.

What is the COD Order Verification Process?

Your order has been received by us but is processed only after a verification call if made to your number and you verify the COD order for security purposes. Once you place a COD order, you will get a verification call from our logistics team within the next 24-48 hours for the verification of your COD order placed to prove that the order received is genuine and not invalid.

We will attempt twice to call you for the order confirmation. Failing which, orders will be cancelled. (We suggest confirming your COD order on call for a smooth delivery experience). Once processed successfully, your order will be dispatched. Once shipped, you will get the tracking details on your registered mail/ contact number. It takes 3-4 days after shipping for the order to be delivered.

Why are a few of the products out of stock?

Our product designs are in the experimental phase now, so we have them on our website as a showcase of our collections. We also have the fast selling products that we keep re-stocking that are available on the website.

However, we do restock the out-of-stock products at different intervals and hence we have them on showcase to help our customers understand the collection we have.

We request you to follow our social media for updates when the out of stock products will be available once again.

Cancellations and Refunds

You can submit your cancellation or return request request for your order by connecting with our chat support between Mon- Friday 11 am- 5 pm: Chat With Us.

Once you have submitted your request for the cancellation on our WhatsApp, our team will check your order and you will receive a response within 24-48 hours for an order cancellation confirmation.

  • All prepaid orders will be refunded via reversal to the original mode of payment only.
  • All COD orders will be cancelled directly. If your order is in transit, you can reject the shipment at the time of delivery so that it is returned to us.
  • If your prepaid order has left our warehouse and you are unsure to cancel your order, we will have to wait until you receive the order. Once you receive it, send it back to us using our easy returns process and we will refund your purchase. But we hope once you receive the product that you love it so much you decide to keep it!
  • If you want to cancel a prepaid order that has already been dispatched, you can reject the shipment at the time of delivery so that it is returned to us.Once delivered to our warehouse, the shipment will be scanned and the refund will be processed.
  • All prepaid refunds will be processed via reversal into the original mode of payment. All COD refunds against returns will be issued in the form of Instant Trooper Credit. The value of the refund will be credited as a unique coupon credit in your account. We will no longer provide cash refunds for COD orders.
How long will my order take to deliver, once shipped?
  • We partner with the best courier companies globally and will choose the one that is most efficient in your PIN code.
  • It takes 3-4 working days for a shipment to reach metro cities in India. Up to 7 working days to any non-metro locations in India. International shipments take 10-14 working days to reach most western countries.
  • We will provide you with tracking information once your order is shipped so you can track the real-time progress of your shipment.
My T-shirt/Sweatshirt is missing from the package and the order status shows completed. Why?
  • If your order includes a T-shirt or Sweatshirt along with the other products, your shipment will be split into two shipments.
  • In this case, you may receive either of the shipment first and will show as completed. Rest assured, the pending product will be shipped next.
  • Since we have an On-Demand printing service for our Sweatshirt and T-shirts, they take longer for printing and are shipped separately.
How can I redeem the Trooper coins?
  • You will get an option to redeem your trooper coins on the VIEW CART page. Your bill will be adjusted once you redeem the points. (100 Trooper coins=1 Rupee). You can check it here: Check My Trooper Coins Balance
Can you ship faster if I’m traveling somewhere or have to gift to someone?
  • Yes, since most of our products are made in-house, we do take special requests to expedite certain orders. We do not provide any guarantee but rest assured, we will always try our best to accommodate any urgent orders.
