– COD Customers: Starting 1st of September 2023, all refunds for returns will be issued in the form of Instant Trooper Credit. The value of the refund will be credited as a unique coupon credit in your account. We will no longer provide cash refunds for COD orders. Place a Prepaid Order Now!
– T-shirt/Hoodie orders: Printed t-shirts and hoodies are printed when ordered, so please allow extra time for delivery if you include it in your order as it is dispatched in a different shipment. If you received a partial shipment of the other items in your order, but the rest of your T-shirt order shows as “completed”, don’t panic; we have a track of every item in your order and will send them to you separately.
